Ripping DVD Footage

Postby Syca » Tue Jul 17, 2007 11:43 pm

Sorry if this seems to be yet a typical thread just I seem to have a lot of trouble ripping DVD footage off my DVDs to make an amv so I decided I want to get a program that will make better nquality footage then what I can get off of what I use off the site.

Is there any recommendments on programs or what not?
Thanks for thehelp guys.

Asside from your actuall video editing program, you will not find a better more comprehensive set of tools for use in the production of an AMV than those packaged with the AMVapp.

its as simple as that.
Still lurking after all these years.

I don't know I have used it and I can't create good quality amvs like you usually see.. unless its because of Movie Maker but other then that I get a result of pooor quality stuff..
unless I'm doing it wrong I followed instructions

1. Rip and convert DVDs choose - one
2. import and set up
3. Edit to your taste :) (the fun part)
4. export
5. compress your Video and your Audio
6. upload to the org

Trouble Shooting:
1. Windows Movie Maker FAQ
2. Windows Movie Maker Forum (on the org of course)
