I was told GSpot can recompress my episodes so adobe can read them better, the problem is, i dont know how to use Gspot, my episode 9 is already the right compression for adobe to use very easily, sound works aswell with it.

gspot doesn't encode video for you, it only tells you (in detail) the properties of your file.
virtualdubmod can encode video, but I'm not sure if re-encoding will make your footage "easier for adobe to use"

Well currently all my episodes are DivX and Xvid format codec files which are only used for viewing purposes, not designed for editing with, that's why your not supposed to use them in video editors because it causes problems, crashing and frame rate etc. My episode 9 as i say doesn't use DivX for some off reason when the rest do and i can use it smoothly in adobe premier pro 2 where as my other ones wont even import. Thx for the program ;)
