Well, I found the video I want and the song I want to use,but how do I rip video from youtube?


All I need is 2 minutes of a 9 minute file.

Unless somebody knows something I don't (which is entirely likely, as has been proven time and again), you cannot rip footage from youtube.

theres a firefox plugin to do it. i don't remember it's name

ya there is a plugin but it gives you the files in FLV format...

Here!...... in that link go to my "Navigation box" scroll down and you will see (second to the last) the Riva-FLV-Encoder get that and also this one. If you need rippers and encoders though as I hear to other boochsack is waste of time for editing *no offense* I just hear that to my other friends but I've never tried that.

I dont really want to use youtube,but its the only place I have found the video past 1.5 minutes.

I need the first 2 minutes exactly.

I'm not certain about this but you can download certain bbc programs for a limited amount of time, which if that program is available should yield better quality.

But i'm not 100% sure this service is open. Channel4's similar service is so i'd assume BBC would be too.

how about http://www.heywatch.com ? it converts ur video to any format all u need to do is put register and put in the name of video site i e youtube.com/fh7jdkfh3....something like that but yotube is bad quality though
