combining video clips

Is there a way to combine different video clips then saving them in one file without using a large video editing program like premiere? Perhaps with VirtualDubMod?

You can use VirtualDubMod.
Open the first video, then go to File -> Append segment

Both files must have the same frame rate.
"WELDING! Oooo pretty light... AHHH! It burns!"
"Keep that up you'll go blind."
