Is there a way? With PS2 and Xbox it's straightforward but how do you do it w/Gamecube game vids?

You can rip gamecube games with a parallel cable, but thats harder to do.

It requires using a mod called ViperGC
Here is the imformation from another thread i posted in

That is how the system connects to your computer with through the parallel port
You can find a parallel cable at any computer hardware store

I got mine at best buy... you could probably get one at any electronics store. :)

people still use parallel ports??

anyways, yeah a capture card would prolly be easier.. i would recommend an internal card that captures at 720x480... although some external cards have gotten decent...

this viper thing totally blows off the Gamecube's warranty.


Plus, capture cards are so much simpler.
