Where Do I download footages for free

Ok, now here is a big problem for me.......The place where i live has no CD or DVD available.
I found out that the sellers here sell low quality dvd footages.
I dont have any choice but to download them.
So does anyone know where do i get these footages ? (for free)

The fact that you can't buy them where you live doesn't mean you should pirate them. You could try import from the US, as prices are acceptably cheap from online stores such as rightstuf even when factoring in the shipping expenses and import taxes.

As for the rest I'll point you to the rules.

Pretty sure you can download them for free at CrunchyRoll or Funimation or any other streaming site, as long as you count stream buffering as downloading. Otherwise, work for a studio and they'll usually provide you FTP access to raw content.
