Just as a suggestion, maybe there can be an option to append certain encode settings to the end of the filename like "AMV_crf20.mp4" That way, output filenames could be generated automatically. But either way, I really dig the batch support right now.
I can't really see a way of making that work. How is it to know what settings to put there? Maybe you intend to change the crf on each encode, but maybe someone else will be keeping it the same, and changing the AQ settings? Theres really no way to know what the user wants unless they manually specify it, which pretty much just brings us back to changing the filename to however you want it to be :p
