Where can I download this filter? It doesn't seem to have come with the AMV app.

It does come with the latest AMVApp. You can get it here: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech31/amvapp.html.

Just curious, was there a link you followed that led to an older amvapp? Links like that should be ceremonially destroyed in a fire for the good of mankind.

Almost sure there must be another one, though.

If they'd just put the newest version of the guide in the "avtech" directory like they used to, and rename the directories for the older versions if they really want to keep them around, we probably wouldn't have this problem... although then certain links wouldn't work anymore (like avspostqual.html), but that's a small price to pay IMHO.

I'm also amused and saddened that the beta version of 3.0 is still up in that directory even now that 3.1 is out of beta. This also didn't happen when version 2.0 got out of beta status.

Why is it even called AMVApp? It is a collection of other apps and filters, not an app in itself, wouldn't "Zarx's Bag Of Shit You Might Want To Have While Ruining What Some Might Consider A Good Song And/Or Anime" be more appropriate?
