Anime with Human Anatomy

Here's a weird request but does anyone know an anime that shows the inside of the human anatomy, like the heart beating or whatever? I know I've definitely seen it in an anime but having watched well over 400 different anime, it's kinda hard to pin-point the kind of thing I'm looking for.

The last episode of Gankutsuou has a heart beating scene, sometime around the climax of the ending.

The Read or Die OVA also has a scene inside a chest cavity where a guy's heart gets crushed.

Hmmm... Interesting. I've seen both series so maybe they're the ones I was thinking about. Sucks that I deleted both of them.

Though I haven't seen the anime (yet) I think I remember seeing some anatomy/hear/body scenes in an Earth Girl Arjuna AMV.
