Angelic Layer doesn't have a transformation scene, there's just the scene where she throws the doll on to the platform... it's very sparkly though...

And Utawarerumono isn't so much a shoujo, but there's one scene towards the end of the series where Kamyu transforms into Mustumi, and it's very sparkly and pretty xD
