Totally forgot about Excel Saga! I thought it was ep 2, though... where she gets run over.... ep 1 is the "execute Rikudo Koshi" ep.

The first episode of Love Hina has a moving truck driving away. Not sure if it's considered a "rig" though.

Lupin III: Mystery of Mamo (if you can find Streamline's VHS tape). This has a Truck that's waaay too big.

Could also take the super big route and find a Speed Racer episode called "The Mammoth Car".

There is one in GTO too, when Onizuka briefly decides to become GDO (Great Driver Onizuka) instead of GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka). I believe its midway through episode 2 that it happens. Well, I'm sure it's on the first disk anyway.

It's the first episode of Excel Saga 1 it comes right after the first attempt to kill Koshi Rikido.

fullmetal.panic! has quite a few hefty supply trucks getting blasted apart in episode 15 and 16, you can see them in my video... if it was up.
