The audio track can be blank, that's not a problem. Here is a sample of what I mean. You can see that the video starts a couple of seconds before the audio kicks in... (It's one of my tracks from the last project.)

Grocery... more specifically Seafood. We got a few thousand pounds of shrimp and a crapload of fish ready to go.
