Anyways, I refuse to participate on the basis that no integer number of frames in 30 or 29.97 fps works out to .11, rounded or otherwise.
Something like 9.21 or 9.16 might work better (especially the latter since it's my area code :O) but I'm not sure how the frames issue haunter mentioned would interact with all that. I'm not asian, after all.
