Okay, 'nother question. What if this guy happens to be part of a very well know and perhaps considered "Overused" band? Would that be defeating the spirit behind the MEP?

Good question. I'll leave that decision up to you I guess. It meets the requirements, so there's no real problem but it sort of kills the smaller, undiscovered band feel we have so far.
