the Weebl MEP (interest gauge)

The premise is simple:
* choose your favorite Weebl clip.
* create a new video with the audio.

There are a ton of them and most are really short. With enough interest, I'll lay out what few guidelines there are.

Technical standards:
Be sure to send the highest quality version of your work possible. If you have the option of using DVD video rather than downloaded fansubs, please do so. Seriously.

* File formats which are acceptable are
- mpeg2
- avi (DivX or HuffyUV preferred)
- mpeg1 (if necessary)
- WMV (as an ABSOLUTE last resort - please render as DV-AVI).

* The final compilation will be rendered as follows...
- 720x480 display size,
- a frame rate of 29.97 fps (NTSC "drop frame"),
- 4:3 aspect ratio
...so please follow these specs as closely as possible.

* Please add a second or two of blank video at the beginning and end of your submissions. I'll cut off the blank during post-production. Thanks in advance. ;)

* Please render your clips to Progressive (no interlace). If there is a problem with the visual quality, we'll discuss further options to remedy the situation.

* All smaller frame sizes will be resized to 720x480, so please don't send in videos with resolution much smaller than that or it will look... bad.

* I don't mind if audio is uncompressed. Sound quality is usually never an issue, but I now how everyone loves smaller file sizes so I'll deal with that in post-production.

Feel free to inform me if I've missed anything.

This one is just for fun, so who's up for it?
