Look I can meet the criteria. I can read a friggin guide to find out how to encode into .mp4 or Xvid. Encoding isnt hard to learn. I know how to add the 5 blank seconds thats just simple. And seriously? I have a month to do this. Whatever crap you all saw on YT I threw together in less than a day. I'll send Shinnie a rough beta and he can tell me what to fix.
