Ok, so, after having a chat with Minion tonight, I found out that 720x480 (or some multiple of said AR) is not the resolution I should be telling you guys to give me your videos in. As such, PLEASE make sure you edit your sources in 640x480 and give me your lossless videos in that resolution. To everyone who's already edited and handed in your source: don't worry about it, I'll manually change the resolutions of your segments myself, no harm done.

Ok? Good.

I always said that 720*480 sucks, and it really distorts the picture most the time >.>

If, for whatever reason, anyone drops out of this project, PM me and let me know. I regret not having seen this MEP before. :? I'd be very interested in joining if a slot becomes available.

Probably the project is progressing smoothly by the set schedule, and he just makes us think that project isn't moving at all,and then the next time he edits the main post he'll just add another 5 tracks or so XD

On another note entirely, I'm glad the setting was changed to 640*480.

Are you being too forgiving on the one week? I mean, lord knows theres enough people in the project already, not including the backups. You could just start kicking people... or is that too harsh? In actuality we're 5 weeks behind right now. On the contrary perhaps a "keep cool guys, it'll get done when it gets done" approach is best. Welllll???

I'm just guessing here, but we're still stuck on the very first segment aren't we? And it was probably crackthesky's segment...

Of course I'm going to go with the "Keep cool guys, it'll get done when it gets done" approach, you know me.

I've been lenient on the week-long thing a couple times, only by one or two days though. One person has dropped, but s/he dropped by basically conceding s/he couldn't do it after trying to edit for the week-long period. The backup editors are for people who drop ahead of time.

Another reason it's going slowly are that a couple people have told me they were not able to edit when I asked them to, so could I wait a few days and ask again or rearrange the list slightly so they're a bit further down. Also, people somtimes forget to include their music and anime listing when they PM me with their finished video track, so I can't contact the next editor until all that info is received. It's all added up, I don't think we're quite five weeks behind (six editors have finished, I haven't put up the sixth editor's info yet becasue s/he forgot to include some info in his/her PM to me).

Also, screw you godix.
