I thought she was up until that scene where she pushed Akito.

I rather liked the one where they left to go to the new years festival and came back and she was sitting there with her mom's picture, too... IMO, she DOES have depth to her character, you just have to do a little digging to get to it. Those last couple of episodes show it the most clearly, I think.

I'm not sure what the significange of the XX is, and unconventional seems a little overused of a word. But I'm annoying and have no taste, so just disregard my opinion.

(I was seious about the disregarding opinion thing)

XX is the chromosomal makeup of "female." XY is male.

Why don't you include the word "chromosomal" somehow in the title? Might work out. I don't like XX as the title to be honest.
