I hope I didn't mess this up, but I just realized now that I've been editing in 23.97 fps this entire time...am I screwed? I don't know of a way to make it 29.97 fps without screwing up the sync...any ideas?

If you just render it in 29,97 in Vegas, does that mess up the sync? I mean that my footage is 24 fps, and i rendered it in 29,97, but it didn't mess up the sync. I think if you render the whole project once again in 29,97, not 24, it will be okay. At least this is what i'm doing with mine.

By the way, here is my version 3 beta. It's seems that this is going to be my final, if i don't put lip-sync in it.
I wanted to ask if that "sound wave" thingy in the middle was disturbing?

Actually Kaxi, that soundwave thingy is a bit disturbing to me, and unnecessary :P

And lip-sync :o

*gets down on his knees and kisses Kaxi's feet*

Do try!

Check Vegas for clip speed settings and tweak that.

To slow a clip down in vegas, go to the edge of the clip and hold down Shift and hold it, the cursor should change, then click and pull the clip forewards. Took me a while to figure out too, lol. And to those non-bettaers ...it's cool, so long as you are actully working on it and it gets done in time i guess.
Kaxi, don't listen to them the wave thing is uber cool.
I should have a beta ready by next sunday (when i get my net back) and maybe i'll post the beta for my other amv too, it's turning out pretty good. :P

I know how to slow down a clip in Vegas  I thought you meant slow it down in like VDubMod using AviSynth or something...

Either way I think just making the project settings equal to 29.97 FPS and exporting it like that *should* work. I still have to try it out though :/

Uhm... yeah I had to take distance from this amv project. So... I didn´t worked on it for longer time. So what should I do to take distance?
I´m amused that Ben had nearly the same idea at nearly the same time: Yes time for a little amv! So my stand alone amv is finished at the end of week. Than a few people will test it and than... I delete my .vobs to have enough physical space to work on again.
