The part looks good for me!
But the problem is: I'm using Cowboy bebop - the movie and my track is after Fistfull of Steel. I don't think that Rexmaster will let this go like this, so Rexmaster you have to decide!

there were two distinct parts that I saw.
Sauske+Sakura and then Saukske fighting
an amv that has good flow would have had more clips tying the two parts together. something along the lines of someone trying to attack Sakura and Sauske stepping in to protect her.
that suggestion would only work if the theme you were trying to portray was Sauske protecting Sakura.
this may have just been boochsack's brilliance once again, but the sync was off.
once again I think that you had too much going on, too many flashes that didn't really add anything to the video, and were quite distracting.
up to 0:24 is where I would suggest more subtle cuts and effects (if any)
by subtle cuts I mean something like cross-fading one clip into another
this will help you later down the road when the song gets more intense.
if you suddenly change something in the video when the music gets louder it'l make the transition feel more intense (which is generally a good thing)
