I'd like to put in some interest. Always been a muse fan, and had a few stop and start muse amvs.

I've got a Starlight AMV up my sleeve at the moment that i'm slowly working on, but i'd be happy to see Stockholm, Hysteria, Apocalypse please, Bliss, New born, sunburn, etc.... much muse love ^_^

Depending on the rest of the lineup, the mix and my schedule for university I might take a look at this.

Sorry for the late reply, I've no internet currently.

Okay everyone, here's the deal. Devolution and I currently have no internet, but we call eachother every week and have "Meetings" about the project. It has been decided that he will be the director, and I the producer. He is trying to get a hold of Insey to do the mix, but if not we will go to Add, and see what he turns out with.

There will be 15 editors in this project, excluding myself, Devolution, and whoever does the mix. There will be 18 - 20 tracks in the mix, ranging from a minimum of 30 seconds to a maximum of one minute.

An official start date has been set, but Devolution wants it to be confidential right now.

The credits have been scripted, and will be set to the song "Sober", which is on Showbiz. Devolution does, in fact, have the Hullabaloo CD, so we DO have all the muse songs at our desposal(aside from the limited singles that didn't come out on any other CDs).

This is the definate tracklist:

1. Bliss (first song in mix, it is claimed by Devolution, however)
2. Shrinking Universe
3. Apocolypse Please
4. Space
5. Stockholm Syndrome
6. In Your World
7. Plug in Baby
8. Tsp
9. Time is Running Out
10. Hysteria
---

These are the tracks we're thinking about:

11. Cave
12. Citizen Erased
13. Butterflies and Hurricanes
14. Muscle Museum

So vote on tracks 11 - 14, and come up with 4 - 6 new tracks that fit with this tempo and/or theme.(note that the order of the tracks hasn't been set, the numbers are just there to make things easier)

FURTHERMORE

Editors will be screened before they are allowed in this project. [when claiming opens] You may say which track(s) you want, but you must also supply us with either (a) you latest video (b) what you believe is your "best" work or (c) a beta of what you are currently working on.

Even moreso, once you are in this project, you agree that we(Devo, I, and possibly the mixer) can beta test your tracks and tell you if you need to make any improvements.

We both apologise for this inconvience if there is one, but we both want to make this project awesome, and we'd like to avoid any tracks that may hinder the project.

In closing,

Official claiming of tracks HAS NOT opened, but there is a set date for it. Please continue to request tracks that you would or would not like in the mix, and we will get to it. ^_^
(Also note that "Sober" will not be in the mix since it is for the credits).

We're looking for 18 - 20 tracks, and only 15 editors.

PS: "Project.mu" is a working name, and there is a 99% it will change when we officially start.

From Bauzi:

*makes me smile all day long*

You have strict rules and this is a good thing!

I think: "New Born" will also fit into this playlist.

:/ "Sing for Absolution" won´t come up, but there is nothing to change it...

I hope, that I can get into this MEP :P

That... Sing for Absolution can´t be in this MEP because of it´s playing speed.
That´s all...

*sigh* Oh well. Guess I won't be joining this one. Not that it matters. I doubt my track record would have been good enough anyway.

Don't worry about it, DJ. Devolution classifies people weirdly. He thinks I'm a good editor. XD

Okay, we(devo and I) normally have our meetings on weekends, but since I got a gig, we can't do that. I'll see if we can get the tracklist finalized sooner than this weekend.

As for lineup, the mixer will chose the lineup of songs. Editors will have to apply and then mostly Devolution judges them.

This won't happen until the official start date, however, since we obviously need internet first to check people's videos. XD

I would love to join in on this project when it starts.

I also would love to hear "The Small Print" attached to those last four songs.
