First things first...
I have never been a part of a multi-editor project. Therefore, I don't know much about heading one. If there is interest in this idea, someone else will have to take over.
However, when I got this idea, I couldn't get it out of my head. So, I thought I would just throw it out there and see if anyone else thinks it's a good idea. Whether or not you do like it, can you please post your honest opinion?
The Concept
A massive crossover project, where each anime leads into the next with every section. I'll give you an example...
1st track: editor uses Sakura (from Card Captor Sakura) in Chobits. Sakura eventually meets Hideki, and...
2nd track: Hideki enters the world of Elfen Lied and eventually meets Nyuu, and...
3rd track: Nyuu enters the world of Fruits Basket and eventually meets Kyou, and...
...you get the gist. It would have to be a very well-planned project, because it requires the next editor to have access to the second anime of the previous editor.
It can be confusing at first, but I think it could be fun if it's done right. I don't think that each track necessarily has to be very long, either. I was thinking of using a single song, but I don't know what. Suggestions would be appreciated.
If anyone thinks that this would be an interesting idea (or if you've heard of it being done before), please post. Again, I cannot head this project if it does take off. I simply don't have the technical knowledge yet.
Thanks for reading.

EDIT: upon later thought, something occurred to me that I think is pretty obvious, but I should mention it anyway. Knowing how to mask and/or rotoscope is almost a must with this project.
