Hmm... this is similar to an idea I had a few years back. I think I can squeeze in a 40 sec video into my schedule so I'll take you up on this project. I call Movie # 5: Cooler's Revenge.

I am glad to see that so many people are starting to take interest in D2, and so now, although I am still recruiting, I would like to hear some suggestions about a song choice if anybody has one currently. I'm on a search myself, but Im very very open to suggestions.

What type of song are you looking for, genra wise?

The only songs I have that are close to 10 mins are:

Avenge Sevenfold - Strenght of the World (9:14)
London Symphony Orchestra - Reflections of Earth (9:34)

I do have a 23 min track, but I think it is a tad too long.

If no one calls Bardock: The Father of Goku(aka Bardock Special), I'll do it.
But, if somebody calls it and you think they're a better editor or whatever, give it to them.

I mean, I have the DVD, and I

Bardock and all, but I'm not exactly sure of my schedule for the upcoming months, which could prove... Hard.

I've never had complaints about when I submit entires in the past(I've usually been one of the first to submit, actyually 0_o) but because of my mysterious schedule and workload that even I don't know yet, put me on back-up if nobody calls Bardock.

As for a ten minute song... I have some ideas, but they wouldn't fit DBZ in the slightest, so no go from this angle.

Edit:

On second thought, Muse's "Citizen Erased" is 7 minutes, 9 seconds. It'd be a really tight fit(section-wise), but it does sort of match DBZ, in a really.. Weird way? Maybe. I dunno, it's the only thing I found that I actually ripped.
But, it's kind of a slow song. Or at least, it has a lot of slow sections. Which might not help you any.

On second thought, it's way too slow. Disregard my suggestion.
