Downloading the RAWs right now, given the popularity of the series it isn't hard to find seeders. Well in terms of concept my part will be a subtle Nagato fan profile, she is an alien and I think the musical form suits that quite well.

Episode 10 is what struck me when I listened to it.

Yes that means - can I take the track?

Sure, the track is yours. You mentioned heaps of ideas, I was wondering if you had anything in mind that might fit a little better with the horror/doom theme, but if not, then that's fine.

Greek Prince - Thanks for posting, I'd like to know a general outline of what your planning to do with your track, though I'm not requiring a hard concept or beta till the first of July. Also, what is your audio file at?

To Everyone - The audio should be a wav converted from the flac file. If you can't convert the flac file or can't get ahold of it, then contact me and I'll get it for you. I currently have a 44100hz 16 bit stereo wav, though I haven't done anything to my track that wouldn't allow me to convert the original to what everyone else is working with. Having a uniform standard for the audio will make it easier for the final encoding when I join it altogether. Depending on the general census, we'll go with that. I don't really anticipate any problems with sync or otherwise from a change in hz, but if there is talk to me or one of the more knowledgeable members of the community for help.

Well my outline is basicly making a short horror vid with the time i have on the track, showing horror from every angle from the monsters to the expressions from peoples faces. It's a bit hard to explain since i havn't done this sort of editing before and i know i am not required to give a beta but i could send one anyway just so you know where im going with the track. And im not sure what you mean by what my audio file is at.

I would really like to finish mine up.. Just don't think I would make the July deadline. I've been busy with some school and work stuff. Mainly school stuff because we're making a video game mod. That's a lot of in class and out of class time. :(

I have a concept but haven't really sat down to work on a beta/poc...

Hitori - Do you have any video at all? A concept? It doesn't need to be actual video, if you just have a general outline of what you want to do that's fine. Since this seems to come up I'll revise the post to try to reflect the fact that I just want to know if you have a concept to edit to. If you need plenty of time to edit, that's fine.

Greek Prince - If your using premiere, you can click on your audio file and it should tell you the hz, how many bits, and whether its stereo or mono. If your using another editor, you should still be able to find the hz on the audio. The track sounds good, but is there a more unifying concept behind with the facial expressions being the focus? I'll be interested in seeing a beta of it. Since you've split the track with CraktSmurf, I hope you'll be talking with him about how each others track is developing since it'll be weird to have two tracks for a single song that don't relate to each other.

I suppose I can extend the deadline back a bit if even a basic, text only concept within two weeks is a bit too much of a stretch. Enjoying a break from school makes that time seem rather long.

Ah i know exactly what you mean, and the reason im doing a horror/action kind of amv is because it syncs in with smurfs track, hes the one who actually reccomened me to do this type of theme so our tracks dont look out of place. And i wont be using premeire for this project since the things i want to do operate easier with sony vegas. Anyway my audio track is

32, 000Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo

And im focusing mainly so mine and smurfs tracks sync well and have a fluent theme so i'll show you a beta sometime. And i'll talk to him about it anyway when he comes online, thanks.

Big dude has dropped his track, now we're back to two positions open. If your interested in joining, please see the first two posts.

As far as audio goes, its minor and can be easily corrected compared to dealing with video, so it any corrections need to be made I can do so in the final encoding when I have everything together.

Is everything okay audio wise with our track? because mine is edited, which i did pretty much when i started with bits cut out in the middle but i 4get the times i did it at so it will be hard to repeat if theres a problem, plus im abroad.
