go here and try to cope with the technical stuff.
Moreover, compress your audio (you can find it in the link's page) and put in a lower bitrate as this one is ridiculously high (your segment should be about 10mbs big with these thingys ^^)
I would give you the advice to rethink your decision.
I actually cannot download the clip due to my connection, but I don't feel good about this.

that was definiely not bad, the use of overlays was sweet.
but before sending the huffy you should remove the lip-flaps ^^

What i mean by aspect ratio is the video output of the frame proportion. if u look closely at the sides, there's still black. it looks like u were using vegas, right click on the clips, then go to proporties, check off maintain aspect ratio. once thats done, the video will stretch to its output size. ^^
