Lol ive had vegas for a couple months now and have been learning the tweaks of it. I will get that down one of these days

I don't know if I can make Millenium actress seem Dark, but I can make it slightly depressing....not too much that it makes people cry though....

as for me, I will keep mine a secret except for angel, alastor and warheart (additional beta-tester)

what concerns your cookie cutter, I was mistaken, it was the border effect... nonetheless, it is mis-placed: you use the bevel border with orange color but I regard that effect as a bit cheesy out of all the ones you used ... a better choice would have been a custom one, made in photoshop, or, even better, in particle illusion ^^

for that kind of thing you don't need PI in particular (it animates particles and stuff, check out jcd's vids for some secks in it)
you could do it by simply scripting the effect in vegas or make an overlay, as you did it many times ^^
