Great! Thanks, I may have to use it as a template to restore my section. I'll look for you next time I'm on AIM which should be right about now...

And there you are. :( :) :D <--Happy Coffee.

Great, I wasn't sure you still had her. Yesterday morning I mistakenly deleted all my support and source files for every video I've ever made, ever. Including my copy of that Huffy, so hold on to it. But, on the off chance something bad does happen to your copy of it, I can remake my section using the beta I got from Jasper last night.

:D <--Still Happy Coffee.

I have been in seclusion for a little while. Not just from AMV's but from life in general. I've had some tough times and I ended up moving halfway across the country to try to get away from it all. But I'm back now and I'm dealing with the things that need to be delt with. In terms of AMVing that means finishing this project.

Since I need to keep busy somehow anyways, I have re-dedicated myself to this project. Expect a project beta the next 2-3 days and we'll see where we need to go from there. Right now I need to get to bed as I have a sleep deprived EEG wendsday so I can't sleep tomorrow night.

Soren out.

Much too tierd to talk right now. Hope color key makes sense. Must... sleep...

Hopefully this is a heartening image, if not then at least a clarifying one (and hopefully action provoking.)

Anyways, see you guys tommorow.

EDIT damp photobucket resizing it without asking, to small to read sections but I can't fix it now, it'll have to wait till tommorrow.

Let's try this again (click on thubnail):

Image

We have finished segments in green, partially finished or progressing segments in yellow, and blank areas in red.

I don't know about you guys but I was plesently supprised by how much of the timeline we have already completed. And although I was to lazy to render out a beta, let me say that the latter half of the project flows quite nicely together.

The obvious first step is to contact BMA and find out if he is still interested. Then we need someone to fill in that small gap after song's section that I've labeled the "epic melody" section. Step three, we all (or almost all) contribute shorts to go along with Kalium's in what I hope will be a nice change of pace after 3 long sections. Finnally me and Jasper will construct the credits.

This is a rough outline and doubtless we will have to make some adjustments, but this should be enough to get started. Feel free to throw out suggestions etc. I'll send a PM to BMA and see what the deal is there.

Can you send me a .wav of that section again. It was one of the many, many files that got deleted during 'The Incident.'

I nearly had a heart attack just now when I looked into my PL-related folder, where I didn't find my project files.

Fortunately, I found my final Huffy sitting safe and sound in there

I can send it any time. And I'm certainly free for any editing :)

They're all still online.

Thanks, I thought they were, but I couldn't find the page with the links. I guess I'll just have to go through it again today. Knowing me I probably cut out right before I hit the page they were on.

Oto, take a look at the section between song and coffee54's (labeled epic melody on flowchart) and see what comes to mind.

Coffee, don't bother with that slag work (I hate looking back through threads unless it's for amusement.) I'll re-post all the available sections soon.

What we really need is a webpage like animasia had... Perhaps I'll run a webserver off my brand-spankin new Linux box (If my ISP will let me.)

And yes, my computer is put together. It still needs some wiring work as there are cables spilling out the sides, but it is up and running a live version of SUSE off a DVD. All that's left now is to actually install an operating system.

I'm absolutely up with the "epic melody segment", myself, since it's one of my favorite parts of the piece. It's a bit 'steep' technically, but I'm learning to be less afraid of that. And I'm in a fair mood to work on that, too.

BUT - I don't yet have any real idea as far as concept. Something to brainstorm about further for me, which isn't too bad since I'm brainstorming for a possible individual video now anyway :P

Perhaps something to whine to you folks over AIM about whilst trying to pick my own mind for ideas
