@Code - I said our Summer Matsuri on the twitters. It's a separate mini-con (1 day) event on September 1st. My room @ AAC already has more programming on the schedule than we officially have the OK to be in the building for at this point, and we're the first room to open in the morning and the last to close every night.

Oh, I apologize for that misunderstanding. Well, I still plan on sending it if it's possible. :)

EDIT: Oh, and editors, please check the catalog. I just finished the anime portion of it, so please make sure that the correct anime has been assigned to the catalog entry.

That reminds me. I'm not sure if I ever told you this, but I've actually been scheduling the Disney MEPs at MomoCon for 2 years now. They've been a part of our Saturday night "MEP Showcase" programing block. And since the combined total of all 3 MEPs are gonna equal almost 2.5 hours, I can even schedule it in an additional programing block by its self. Having complete control over AMV departments is fun :asd:

and on that note, I actually scheduled a 2 hour Project OrgEditor panel at Seishun-Con this year. I talked about the contest and played all of my favorites from all the rounds in 2011 and up to round 4 of 2012. It completely filled the room, and people were even standing outside and in the doorway to watch.

You are so nice. <3

If you ever need anything for those, don't hesitate to ask me. While I (sadly) don't have the old stuff prior to this year, I've started an archive of just OrgEditor videos.

Although now it now occurs to me that I'm behind on Tag Team Trials planning, and now I'm somewhat conscious of it. :uhoh:

Definitely. I really want to show it. If I found a place to wedge it in at AAC, at this point it'd be at a really shitty hour.

Related - Lantis and I are also doing a PoE block at the Summer Matsuri. So many good videos to show

You are also now manually breathing.

Also - I still need to give my gift cards out. Keep forgetting about that after they got buried in the pile of mail on my dining room table.

Okay...first of all:

Best MEP EVA. :ying:

I honestly think it's the best one of the trio so far.

And what was said before, I back up on it. (About the track switch, dropshadow for things to be seen easier).

I really don't have any other complaints though. It was a nice balance throughout and really didn't feel like an hour....XD

Oh wait, scratch that. One complaint. I like the idea of the characters representing the actual Disney movies but...some characters I do not recongize and have no idea what movie they're from...so maybe for people who don't know, add the title at the very bottom?

Also...Strangers track has Tarzan 2's picture... it just...kinda bugs me, maybe find a Tarzan 1 picture instead? :|
Currently replaying/recording: Tales of Vesperia (Xbox360) and Tales of Graces F (PS3)

Kireblue pretty much summed up what I was going to say so I won't bother giving my criticism for it~ I highly enjoyed watching it last night and look forward to seeing it completed! Also here's the list of all the footage I used for my track.

Spoiler :
Digimon Tamers
Digimon Tamers: The Adventurers' Battle
Digimon Tamers: The Runaway Digimon Express

I agree with Kaze on this one. I knew all the characters from the movies (that is because I am way to much of a disney freak then I need to be and at this moment as I write this I'm about to head out to the Disney Store... ) But not all of these movies are well known, so maybe the titles of the films at the bottom will work for the best.

I'll give it a shot on adding the title at the bottom. We'll see how it looks! :)

Can do! Matter of factly, if anyone would like to have theirs changed, I'm not opposed to doing so. Although if your show is "Brother Bear", "Lady Tramp 2" or "Lion King 2", it's pretty much slim pickings for good pngs. XD

If this was suppose to be through a collaboration invite thing for the MEP catalog entry, (because I'm not entirely sure where else to look), I did not receive one...

Anyway, I finally got the chance to sit down and watch the whole thing today, and I'll agree that it's amazingly done. All the complaints I had have already been addressed, (mainly the 'hard to read text' bit and some of the slightly abrupt transitions), so nothing really new to add there. Best Disney MEP ever! <3

My job here is done. 8-) But I'll admit, it took a lot of effort not to cry while making it...;-;

Don't cry! I haven't sent them out yet.

I still have the music to input before I sent out the collabs. It's on my list of things to do.

Okay so... This is awesome. Also, placing my track after Rider4z's To Die 4 track made me laugh. Probably not the right reaction, but whatever. Everybody's tracks look great! so excited for the official release. :ying:

okay here are my comments. some suggestions may have already been mentioned but i'm saying them again.

I love the pngs! nice change up from the movie covers. you've put so much work into this project, code

Sword in the Stone - BEST PROLOGUE EVER. it doesn't get more disney than that.

Life is a Highway - now i consider this one to be the actual opener. it's sets the energy and pace and just overall makes you smile. i love mater but i'd choose McQueen for the icon.

Mulan's Decision - excellent track, excellent match. i like this following Life is a Highway. it shows the whole project isn't candy coated.

Be Prepared - make sure there's no space in "Rider4Z". right now it looks like "Rider 4Z". and is it just me or is the audio a frame or two late?

Transformation - I don't like this one being placed here. I think it's way too powerful to be so early and especially right after Be Prepared. if anything i would like to see this as the final track. also, the png needs to be cut cleaner.

The Mob Song - This track is so brilliant but it needs something upbeat to precede it. and i'm worried that you have 2 pngs of Gaston. granted they're different pictures but it bugs me. maybe a fierce picture of the beast would be better.

If I Never Knew You - no complaints. i love a good cry.

Prince Ali - good change from the previous track. don't fade the audio in tho since Genie starts the song A Capella.

Stuff We Did - guh... i'm crying again. love the png. audio seems a bit blaring/loud, try to equalize it a bit.

Kiss the Girl - the png should be of Eric AND Ariel. actually i'd suggest Sebastian but i know we got Under the Sea later.

Sanctuary - Phoebus? Really? no. Quasimodo is a must for that png :P

I Can't Help Falling In Love - BEST PNG!! perfect pic, it's so cute!

Gaston - that transition is a bit quick...^^;; you've been excellent at taking out all the dead air time, code but that one needs just a hair of breathing time XD. also, don't fade in the audio since it starts A Capella.

Your Heart Will Lead You Home - was the ending of that one cut short? sounded like "home" was supposed to be at the end of it.

Strangers Like Me - png should be adult tarzan from the first movie. nice upbeat change from the previous track. you can fade this one out a bit earlier. try to introduce the song of the following track on beat with this one.

On My Way - uh oh, 2 phil collins in a row. that's a no-no. did you realize that? and one's digimon and the other is pokemon. way too similar. break em up.

Beauty and the Beast - i would have liked to see this one near the end of the project considering it's arguably the biggest of all disney love songs. png is perfect.

Not One of Us - gawd i love the sound of this one. such a great match. i'd prefer an adult png of Kovu but that's not a big priority of mine.

Following the Leader - this one seems kinda outta place right after Not One of Us. i'd switch it with On My Way. that'd break up the phil collins block at least lol.

I Won't Say I'm in Love - this one's cute. no complaints.

Poor Unfortunate Souls - no complaints, aside from the usual space in my name :P

Love Will Find a Way - very nice transition. png needs a cleaner cut out, perhaps give a thin inner shadow at 0 distance. it'll hide that yucky white outline. audio seems a bit blaring. make sure all tracks are at equal volume. transition out can be a hair shorter.

Go the Distance - no complaints.

One Little Slip - audio seems a bit loud.

To Die For - audio seems a bit low lol (especially compared to the previous track) and again the audio seems a frame or two late. i'm guessing the whole project is like that but i only notice it on my own tracks. (and just my personal choice, i think seeing Not One of Us follow this would be awesomely eerie XD )

So Close - i'm just a bit worried not many people will know what movie this is from XD Enchanted is kinda the black sheep of disney. maybe if you had a png of the live Gizelle?...

Under the Sea - that transitioned in a bit quick. didn't give the last track a chance to end. sebastian could use the inner shadow i mentioned earlier.

World Without Fences - png should be of Scamp, not lady and the tramp. i think this one could be a bit earlier in the project since it's not as well known and your coming into the finale.

We Belong Together - audio is WAY too loud. EQUALIZE EQUALIZE EQUALIZE! other than that, i have to say this doesn't feel like a finale to me. nothing personal to kireblue, her zatchbell/toy story tracks are one of my favorite elements about the trilogy, but the last track should be EPIC. like kaze's colors of the wind from the first project. i would almost say i'd want Life is a Highway to be the finale, but i love it too much as the opener. so it should be something that shares the same quality of energy/impact. my choice would be Transformation or (not meaning to toot my own horn) Beauty and the Beast.

and did you ever figure out a track for When You Wish Upon a Star? that needs to be the conclusion for sure.... (and the Jiminy Cricket version!)

so overall, your transitions and track placements are MUCH better, code. only those minor tweaks of both i mentioned and this project is gold. and i LOVE the whole png idea as opposed to the movie covers. just make sure those white outlines disappear.

Thank you very much for the feedback Rider, especially on the volume! One of things I worry most about is that (I'm rather hard of hearing unless I have headphones blaring), so I'm glad that you talked about it.

I'll start a new sequence tonight and begin making the changes (but keeping the old placements Juuuuust in case) that everyone has talked about.

Oh, and "When you wish upon a star" is the song for the ending credits. I'll have just a wee bit of stuff before the actual credits roll, so you can look forward to that.

I haven't heard back from everyone yet, so my work for a few days is going to be minimal until I get feedback from everyone (want to make sure that everyone gets their say!). For now, I'll focus on making the aethestic changes and keep working on the ending credits. The next compilation beta? Perhaps this weekend. :)

The catalog entry will slowly start getting filled up. Slowly as in "when I get a coffee break at work and 20 minuets to kill".

Oh, and everyone here in the Cascadathon staff? My apologies for putting this so close to Cascada's deadline.
