@Freakinerd: Overall, it's a cute track, and I liked the direction it goes in. That being said, it's really slow thus far. :20- :34 and :44-1:08 and 1:30-1:41 are the slowest parts. I'd like to see more scene variety and a lot more movement. So far, all I'm seeing is this girl waiting. That's fine for a concept (especially with this song), but it needs to be a tad more lively. that's really my only complaint.

CodeZTM wrote:@EimiJ7: I was just a tad nervous, considering this exact same track was done by Rider4Z last year. However, it's a totally different song version and a totally different concept, so I'll be fine with it. I think it needs a bit more energy to it in the beginning (basically through the first chorus). After that, it's pretty cute. :3

Whoops! I must have missed that when I was checking to see if the song had been used, sorry  Thanks for letting me include it anyway ^.^
And both links have been updated on the document. I added energy to the beginning for Under the Sea, let me know if you think it needs more

Great! I'll take a look at it. Oh, and can I also get another copy encoded the same way you just did KTG for the Something There track? Thanks!

I'll do what I can, I didn't expect much, the scenes was only one or two episodes, and it was a short flashback, hence the slow scenes, makes me wonder why I decided to do this.

Improvising time.

I am 100% interested. Would it be alright if I use "Your Heart Will Lead You Home" from the Tigger movie using Ano Hana?

@KTG Volume 2: :12-:15 has a lot of scene changes. I get the point of showing teh world around them, but maybe cut it back just a bit? At :20, the bubble release is really sudden. Maybe make that just a bit smoother? Other than that, it looks good to me! Oh, and for transitioning purposes, can you add a bit more of the opening music at the start? Otherwise it's going to be a nightmare to edit the audio in without it being too harsh of a transition from the previous track.

@Kazemon: Final received. You can delete that monster from your dropbox, and I'm sorry it took up that much space. XD

S'ok. I wanted it to be the best quality, that's why I chose to go with the lossless AVI and highest quality audio. XD

Glad it was received! |:>

I love dropbox... it beats online sites anytime. =D

Yeah, I've definitely been considering getting one instead of using Sendspace/Mediafire all the time. The download cap rate on those sites suck, and I think I'd like drag/drop better. >_>

Yeah, with a 2GB free limit, that's better than any sites I can think of. And it's easier to drag and drop too and even share files. XD Personally, I think everyone should just get a dropbox and invite mep editors in it and share files that way, but that's just my wishful thinking. XD

Re: The Disney MEP 3 : Finals Due By August 12th

Postby CodeZTM » Thu Jul 26, 2012 12:32 am

/signs up

As per a lot of requests AND due to a few members having some serious hardships, I've extended the final deadline to August 12th. A little later than I wanted, but heck, MEPs are supposed to be fun, and it would be no fun to leave out so many good tracks otherwise or otherwise create a harsh deadline. ;)
