Re: WAFV2 Official Thread (Official deadlines set to decembe
I really like the flickering-neon effect on the text, that appears very professional. I don't think the torch and flame are necessary, though - at the moment it seems a little pasted-on. The reflected firelight on the character looks good on its own.
By the way, Osaka, can you put me as having the "Final In" on the first post please?

Crap I forgot to get back to you on that. The last time I downloaded from the link you sent me, I got a video with some strange color changes. You're gonna have to double check your video and resend it.kapparomeo wrote:I really like the flickering-neon effect on the text, that appears very professional. EDIT
Finally got a message sent to the only two editors who we are not sure about, or at least I'm not. pyrolord and AllyKatAVR .

Hmm the intros looking cool there...I think it might be a tad too dark though...maybe add some more "glow" for the "light" theme?
Also, if you're in need of full-body characters, I'll need to find another picture. I have just the one in mind...I just need to find it.

Digging the credits so far, though the text is a little hard to read with all the flashing. I don't mind the effect itself, but maybe do a glow or have the letters not fade all the way to black? Otherwise it's pretty neat.
Let me know if you happen to need any help with a Kid picture.

You should really try uploading all of this to dropboxOsakaisthebomb wrote:BAD NEWS FOLKS
Got home from work this morning and found myself with laptop troubles. It would not get out of sleep mode. So know I'm attempting a starup repair. It's going to take a while and it's all I can do. But if this is anything like the other times something like this has happened. It's by by laptop. And with the only other computer with after effects always randomly confusing itself and locking me out of the program. IF this doesn't get fixed.....then The project will pretty much be dead forever.
keep your fingers crossed.

well it wasn't the files that would have been a problem (everything is copied to a portable hard drive). It would have been the after effects that would be lost.SilverFreedoms wrote:
