Im switching animes to Honey&Clover 1&2 like it better.......

And I agree with Code! However keep in mind if you'd like this to be a little more serious, everyone working together better on the transitions and rthym of the song is best, BUT if you just wanna have fun, who cares? As long as we transition it together well and enjoyed what we did :3

I'm going to break my own rule here for a minute and post this:

It was one of the ideas I had for the credits. It's just very rough and meant only as an example not to reflect the final outcome. I just wanted to show exactly what was going through my head. Although it is simple, Keyframed Cookie Cutters and Keyframed Background with Keyframed Words, the end result could be quite good if tweeked (A lot) The black bars should be obvious of what would be in them, the sources of course. With the load bar at the end containing the drawn Chibi forms of each character before zooming into the bonus track. Like, all of us side by side as the load bar slowly shows each editors Chibi until it fully loads.

Just an idea of sorts. I realize I'm no where near as good with credits as most people. This is just intended as a rough (Very very rough) showing of what was going through my head. Though I feel I will probably be smacked for it's simplicity.

Lemme know what you think. Like the idea, hate it. If you hate it, I'll scrap it. If you love it, then over the course of the MEP I will tweak it a bunch in accordance with everyone's wishes.

i dun like it, i was thinking something much more impressive with more subtle credits
otherwise why save the awesome track for the credits?

Like I said it was a very rough idea of what I had going through my head. In no way would it even resemble that at the final outcome. I think we should get someone versed in After Effects to make the credits again this year. I want the credits to be as awesome as possible.

Just thought I would give a friendly bump. Does anyone have any sort of progress?

Be it little or a lot, I just wanna know. I know it's still early and we just started this thing but I just wanted to know if anyone had anything oing yet or not?

Anyone have any solid ideas for their track or has anyone started?

I ordered my Angel Beats DVDs, and they'll be here soon. I could have used my *other* Angel Beats footage, but they look like garbage compared to what they could be.

I have an idea of my track and just started to threw scenes in my project randomly
looks good till now :D
just one question: I wanna edit with 59.94 fps...is it ok if I do that or will it look crappy when we put all tracks together? I don't know much about this fps stuff so I'm asking. If you want me to edit with 29.97 I'll do that - but the track won't be as cool as it could be :wink:

Well, the MEP as a whole will have 2 releases. A 29.97 Release and a 59.94 FPS Release. This will be done in the final encoding after the MEP has been fully assembled though.

I don't see a problem with it, I don't think problems should come up in the encoding process. Hasn't for me anyway. So, I say go for it. Depends on what other people have to say though.

Well it doesnt really make sense you know? Its only going to be smooth on the 59.94 mep, but then for the 29.97 mep, it might not look that good, EVEN with the final encoding. PLUS TC would have to downsize your part which really could mess everything up in the final encoding, most specificly for the 29.97. Or at least thats what I think.

I personally think its better just to do the 29.97. Then let TC handle the 59.94 part, sorry. I just think it'll cause more troubles. But dunno ^^

I am able to Encode the entire MEP to 59.94 after it's done. It's not that hard. There will be one 29.97 encode release and there will be one 59.94 encode release. It's not that hard. For right now, please edit at 29.97.
