Well, you kept only saying "maybe", I was waiting for a definite yes.

OK!!

Important announcement! viper1255 has decided not to be a part of the MEP. It's fine, he says other stuff is going on, so his slot is open. Since neither Sub0 nor Pankyy has been posting in this thread, and melee is next on the list after them...

HAY MELEE. Wanna join? If so, you'll be editing track nine, if not I'll ask FinalResolve...

Track 9 eh? A transition?!?! Sounds very interesting... its like that part has at least three tracks to simultaneously sync to... time to think up some ideas.. are we limited to one anime?

No, but make sure none of the anime you plan to use is already in use by somebody else.

Give us some Eureka 7, man! You're like the Eureka 7 mascot, or something.

Anyway, welcome aboard. And I respect Ben's decision to prioritize posters over people at the front of the line. Sad to see Wes go, but he better have good reasons

o.0;;am not

The track is so weird... especially at 3:20-3:26 but Eureka 7 is weird... hmm...

Oh, and I've been meaning to ask you all: any suggestions on how to make something upbeat and "happy"?

I can see how Eureka 7 could be upbeat and happy... Renton makes for some great situational humor stuffs... a montage maybe? Is that too tacky? =D His facial expressions are just so funny! Maybe I could focus on that.. hmm...

Well, the E7 AMV you made was pretty happy, if you plan on using that as your source you could use that as a guideline. Just do something that makes you feel good...it doesn't have to have any sort of story to it (though a solid theme is definitely preferable to a bunch of random scenes). I don't know quite how to explain it - whatever makes you feel good, whatever makes you smile when you watch it...THAT'S what I'm looking for. You could go for outright humor (might be good for the track you chose), or just a feel-good theme.

Seeing as Wes chose it, it is probably definitely fit for outright humor.
