It just occurred to me that we're doing 48 frames max. I assume you're running this at 23.97fps? Is it okay to create these two seconds at 29.97fps (60 frames total)? If not, I'm fine with it but I thought I'd ask. Just curious why the lower frame rate...

If the max is 48, why would 60 be allowed?

More importantly, the mep requires 848x480 @ 23.976 so you better edit at those specs instead of your own.

I work full time at one job, part time at another, attend school full time AND maintain a 4.0 GPA with just enough time left over to edit a few decent amvs. You can shit out a 2 second clip from some source.
