21 years of reading and TV along with 12 years in school, and I never knew that "disappointment" had two "p's" in it.

8 years of reading (I can read at a glance, I have the highest reading skill in the highschool), 7 years of internet, 4 years of anime, 11 years of TV, 1/3 year of this forum. And neither did I.

Is reading at a glance in high school not normal these days? I figured by that point in time people should have been reading enough to not have any trouble anyway. =\

And disappointment should be obvious anyway. If you know how to spell 'appointment' (you know, a scheduled meeting with someone, etc.), then you should be able to tack 'dis' on the front of it and be done. :P

i think what hes referring to is 'flash reading' the thing where people good at it can just read an entire line in one go (rather than word by word) the really good ones can do paragraphs in one go, and ive heard of a few people who can read an entire page instantly (it takes a moment to process, but they can glance at the page for less than a second, close their eyes and know everything that was on the page).

mite be wrong tho

Doesn't matter. Back to the posters.

Your right on the mark. I read that entire paragraph instantly.
