A1. He saw this and is jealous of Anemone and Dominic and can't figure out why him and Eureka can't get it off easy like that. Or something.
A2. Whoever makes fun of him first. Which, sadly, the unfortunate soul would be Talho when she's drunk and doesn't remember what happpens. Sadly enough, Holland got drunk the same day with Talho and doesn't remember what happened, and Renton, instead of telling the truth runs away with Eureka. So in the end, Talho blames Holland, Gekko-go is disbanded, Renton and Eureka joins Dominic and Amenone and takes over the world, and then Renton wakes up with a pitched tent, for some reason.

Q. What would cause Raine Loire to flip the bird, who is she flipping to, and why?

Scenario 1: Haruhi is wearing a new dress, that she had bought for Asahin. Unfortunately it was a little too small for Asahina. So, Haruhi decided to wear it herself.
Scenario 2: Kyon's birthday was coming up and she decided that this would be a nice birthday present and "thank you" gift. She might have a little more in store for him on his birthday.
Scenario 3: Scenario 1 + Scenario 2
Scenario 4: Asahina finally stood up for herself.
Scenario 5: She is waiting on Kyon, to tell him how she feels, and Koizumi was taking pictures for his private collection.
