Alright, here's some info.Spoiler wrote:The movie is set in 'our world' or the world on the other side of the Gate that Ed ends up in at the end of the anime series. The time is 1923 in Germany after WWI but before WWII. Two years have passed and Ed is now 18 (remember he turned 16 during the anime series at some point) He's gone to study rocket science with a 17 year old who resembles his brother. That guy is Alphonoso Heiderich who is apprently missing an older brother, according to the newest trailer. This Al has a patron to build a rocket and apprently Ed has become his partner in hopes of getting closer to his own world. (The magazine scan this info is from states Edward is 'losing hope' and the trailer gives that impression as well.)
The story: Apprently there's a rumor of a dragon like creature on this island (Envy anyone?) and the trailer shows Ed fighting this thing. So I assume this is the main focus. I forgot why Ed went after it in the first place. ^^;
Also it appears in the listing of the voices featured in the movie that Roy Mustang, Riza Hawkeye, and Winry and Pinako Rockbell will also be featured in this movie. The only question is whether it will really be them or their mirror images in 'our world'.
