The guys are from Full Metal Alchemest. The dresses are from the show Pretty Cure. The show actually has two young girls in those costumes.

But yes'm, okay, I now have the foresight that even if two majorly known characters are posted and when I question what series relatively unknown characters are from, confusoin can occur.
