Here's a 6K avatar, but it is 40x40. It took forever to get an avatar less than 6K using paint, I spent many[/y] hours in Paint to do this. So it is satisfying to finally meet the challenge.

I took a loot at it, while interesting, and extremely easy to use, even a small 80x80 avatar was typically even a still image such as this:

is slightly too large to fit the site, however the site DOES have a plethora of galleries to choose from, save and optimize.

Personally I like the challenge of making something that looks, at least decent and yet still has miniscule proportions, like this Elfen Lied avatar.

I'll probably just write up a small site tutorial when I finish my recent 'owed' ops.

How to make an Avatar

I like to think of it as the 'Elfen Eyed' lesson.
It takes the first image from the Elfen Lied fan subs and turns them into this:

Look at the max size for avatars hosted offsite.

Linked forum avatars shall not be larger than 80 pixels tall or 80 pixels wide, and no larger than 80kb in file size; any avatar image exceeding these limits will be removed from the sig file without warning.

Crud, sorry. I've used it on a different site, and forgot. Anybody wants it, help yerself.
