Interesting backstory episode on Kazari joining Judgment and her first meeting with Kuroko.
Spoiler :
Without Kuroko going all lesbian crazy, she tends to be hard-strong and charge into matters without thinking ahead in her work. That of course led to Kuroko and later Kazari getting injured in attempting to arrest a car-jacker and his accomplice at the parking lot. At that point their relationship got strained, and it initiated a flashback on how those two ended up being partners.
Compared to what happened at the parking lot during the flashback, the situation was far worse during a robbery attempt in the post office. Kuroko foolhardily attempted to take down the robber without considering a potential accomplice on the scene at the same time. That accomplice made his move and made Kazari his hostage. He has a special ability of tossing an object at a straight line at constant speed until it hits an object in which that object gets destroyed. He used it against one of the security drones in which shrapnel hit at Kuroko's mentor.
The situation got settled when Kuroko used her last ounce of strength to teleport Kazari out of the post office, and then an unexpected electrical attack from yours truly!
Back to the present, the two seemingly patch things up when Kazari discovered the location of the car-jackers, and Kuroko deciding to join up with her as is the right thing to do (in the name of justice, of course!).
I found it really amusing that Kuroko bad-mouthed Misaka before they met. That must have been one hell of a first meeting those two experienced.
