Ok, i'll admit, that was hot. Sawa-sensei ftw
Also, does anyone else get the feeling that mugi doesn't belong in this series ....? I can't explain it but somehow she comes off as a poser or something.

Mugi fits in perfectly. All of them are silly in their own unique way, and Mugi is no different.

They're basically the exact same personalities as the characters of Lucky Star. Mugi is the Miyuki of the series thats smart, kind, filthy rich and gets way too excited over common everyday things. Mio is the Kagami that tries to maintain her image of being the mature one, but occasionally slips up and reveals her silly side. Yui is the Tsukasa that's a complete airhead that relies on her more mature sister. Ritsu is the Konata that's the self proclaimed leader, has a upbeat personality and a tendency to avoid hard work.

Despite that long character break-down, I still don't think she fits in.

Grrrr I'd be enjoying my K-On season two a lot more if my sub source wasn't so good at uploading mangled files.

What the heck is wrong at Chihiro?, they release other shows just fine. Two K-On eps now have had glitches that make the file skip at the start.

you basically said it; they're loading the SUB files wrong! ( I had to re-pack mine to get it to play

They messed up their Working!! release also, although it was pretty minor (subs weren't set to display by default).

Anyways, I'm going off topic. Which is K-On!! episode 11 impressions.

Spoiler :
Lots of Mugi moments this episode. She got a lot of lines and was much more of a participant than her usual role as an observer. I especially loved the piano bit.

We've seen Azusa as Mini-Mio, now we get the reverse!

Yui and Mugi doing the desk test. I cracked up.

Then Mio and Mugi do the "sauna-suits". I grinned and did a mental face-palm.

Sawa-chan sensei is awesome as usual.

The skit that Ritsu and Yui did in the Student Council room cracked me up. I've seen the routine before, but it still works.

I like the changes from the manga on what steps they had to take to get the AC. It was a bit too easy in the original, plus I like the fact that Ritsu doesn't even attend the clubs meeting. It's not like she does anything school related outside of studying and the tea and cake light music club.

And it looks like more manga material next week.

Ep 10 is so totally aaaaaaallllright.

Ep 11 apparently has some people flustered by the two girls physiques when seen in swimsuits. How about that eh, school girls drawn in reality mode, whodathunkit, girls that are not actually stick figures with big tits. But I suspect they are a bit on the shortish side due to art style, and thus look a little rounder than needed.

I actually like Go Go Maniac. I'm perfectly fine with it being the opening.

Episode 12 impressions:

Spoiler :
I love that Azusa is fairly willing to go along with Yui's idea. Plus, Jun posing in the picture behind Azusa is just awesome.

It's the return of Sawa-chan ninja version!

Mio's change in attitude after they decided on attending the Summer Festival was pretty amusing. And serious Sawako is so cool.

"That's cause I'm a rock star."

Mio finds a lefty guitarist. Ritsu is thinking, "Aren't are roles reversed?"

It's the return of Azu-nyan tan version!

The ending of the episode was improved over the manga chapter where it ended a bit abruptly (not an uncommon occurrence for the 4-panel comic format) and with a bit of a down note.

Next time:
Spoiler :
It looks like another junior trio episode. I can't wait for the tanned Azusa "Who are you?" joke. Time to make Jun regret not joining the light music club.

Loved 12.

I also like that I only just realized, that this isn't a 12 ep season.
