Episode 5 was pretty interesting.
[spoiler]- Lawrence and the Milone company devised a plan to get Horo out. It involved the use of the sewers and some of inside people. And in the end, they did succeed though Horo was showing a wide range of emotions. First she was pissed off at him to not going all "heroic and action-packed" and swoop in order to go save her. Well, duh Lawrence doesn't seemed to be that type of guy.
- She then went all weepy when a mysterious person told her that she's not needed anymore. And that person was Chloe!
- Horo then went back to her playful self when she teased Lawrence about her being cute.

I have to say, this show so far does a pretty good job developing the economics of the given time setting in addition to showing off the Church's growing power.
