Pas should be happy about this.

Definitely. I could hardly believe it when I read about it last night.

That'll be awesome. I already played the visual novel but I still love how they animated the anime. I thought the after story was compelling and extremely well done.

I've beaten the game all the way through but there's some small pieces that I still haven't played through ebcause my game crashes on them.

That really sucks. Maybe, if you still want to go with it, can head over to Baka-Tsuki and just read the script. Just a suggestion.

I completely get what you mean. I tried it myself, just to see, and wow... when you play it, it feels so much more... alive? that you're actually there? intune? I can't exactly explain it well... the emotional experience is lessened quite a bit... I guess.

Yeah. 've even tried reading the text on paper while playing the game without the translation and... it doesn't feel right either. There's just something about having the text in the box.

Another Clannader is born.

So a buddy was up for some anime today. I decided 'time for Clannad'.

Well it was only the first show and talk about being hooked right from the beginning. He never stood a chance :)

Burned through 16 shows but had to call it for the day (work, it sucks but some have to do it).

I suspect he will be quite intent on visiting soon to watch the rest.

Appears to be all set to buy it the second he can get his hands on it.

Anybody hear any news on the Planetarian movie?

PS Not off topic, this is about another one of Key's works.

WHAT?! Planetarian is going to become a movie?! I played the Visual Novel and it was incredible. Even though it only has one voice, it still conveyed something emotionally powerful. Another beautiful work by Key... and you're telling me it's going to become a movie?!
