For those who didn't notice it,another special for the manga is out.
This time it's about Miria and it's the full story of her reminiscence from episode 11,her encounter with Hilda and Ophelia.

I've been following the anime from the beginning and I love it. Havn't read any of the manga, so I don't know what I'm missing (if anything). But I'm really loving the story. If I had one complaint it is that all of the claymore start to really look the same. Except for hair styles, there really isn't that much different character designs.

Ahh, well, thats just being picky. I'll get over it.

You don't miss anything at all.The anime so fas has been following the manga exactly.
As for the clyamores, yeah,it's true that there are practically no differences between them except for their hair but on the other side, their armor covers almost all of their body...

I love claymore, I'm about on manga 8 D: I need to watch the animu asap. I was thinking of cosplaying as Clare. She looks pretty decent in her human form, I just need to find out the colors of her cape. It's purplish in the anime right?

I don't think I can pull off the silver eyes, well probably a light hazel so it'll look golden-ish in the light? I don't know, oh and bleach my hair lighter will work also.

She's so kawaii-desu ne.

Hmm according to newtype japan, the Claymore WILL have an anime original ending, and judging from events in episode 20 which differs to the manga (skipped a scene I liked involving Flora and Clare) the deviation should have already started. Anyway here are the stated differences:

"It seems that Raki will witness Priscilla eat someone, and he’ll make his way to Pieta and see Clare Awakening, but be unable to stop her. In addition, Isley and Priscilla will sense the Yoma energy of Teresa from Pieta. Seems a bit odd that they mention that, but perhaps it means a showdown is coming. Either way, we appear to be in for an anime original ending."

As long as they finish the anime in a good way,I'll be pleased.I don't want an ending like Berserk...
It's true that ep20 had this one scene with Flora&Clare different from the manga and in ep21 it happens exactly what you say with Raki. Therefore,it seems like we're really going for an original anime ending.Episode 22 will probably solve the mystery...
As for the battle in Pieta of ep21,with some minor details everything's happening just like in the manga.

Best anime yet for sure!!! Kept me watching anime when I got tired of the Bleach fillers (they end today w00t!!!!!!!) and Naruto's sad attempt at coming back (Shippuuden). Darker Than Black was too confusing, Tenga Toppen was like a new One-Piece (which sucks). Kaze no Stigma is probably the only anime that's pretty good for a new one. But the best anime this year is very Very obvious!!!!:
THE MELANCHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA SEASON 2!!!!!!

From the looks of ep23 preview, they are going to skip out the dramatic part with Jeane, which happens to be my fave in the manga so far =(

Episode 22 felt a little strange to me with all those scenes exchanges from Raki to Clare and vice versa but it was definitely awesome. Can't expect to see how Raki's coming will affect Clare and her battle.

4 episodes until the grand finale...hope we get to see something interesting!!
