Agreed! Oy!!! :x

Let's see if I can sum it up.
Yuki is definetely an alien.

Mikuru is definetely a time-traveller.

Itsuki is defientely an esper, and he got properly introduced!

Haruhi somehow "created" the world we know 3 years ago and has the ability to "control" it. This anamoly along with Kyon's involvement is what those three are seemingly interested in.

Next time, episode 9....err I mean episode 6..... I smell a swimsuit episode! And it's a 2-parter! 8-)

Now is there anyone who's smart in ontology explain what the hell all that dialouge means?!!

That.... or it is reaveled in the last episode that Kyon is actually in the tv show "Dålda Kameran*"

*Its sweedish and meens "The hidden camera". It was a show where they picked a real life target. (often a celeberty) and played a trick on them without them knowing that they where on tv. A refference to this show has been used in many sweedish films when people dont belive what thet are seeing. Similar to the show "Punk'd" on Mtv.

Since it's more of general term, an esper is basically a supernatural being who usually has psychic abilites mainly telepathy. It can branch out to different forms like the ones in the Japanese version of Final Fantasy VI.

Not only that, but she can choose to destroy it and recreate a new one if she gets bored, hence what they were preventing in episode 7, I mean 4. I Loled when Haruhi answered "Find Aliens, Time travelers, and Espers, and have fun with them" when there happened to be a Time traveler, alien, and esper right there in the room already that she doesn't know about

I don't know why I even bothered with spoiler tags since the show spoiles itself in episode 7... I mean 4 already anyway

can't wait for eps 9... er 6 :D

According to Yuki, I'm right. At least as to recent events.

Also, to expand, espers (more correctly, ESP-ers, with ESP = Extra Sensory Perception) are basically people with psychic powers such as telepathy, telekinesis (psychokinesis), teleportation, clairvoyance, time-shifting (sliding), and other types of paranormal abilities (e.g. Kimagure Orange Road plug, plug).

It's gotta be my favourite anime this season... I haven't seen many people disagree yet on its greatness... actually, I hear plenty (and I myself fell into this for a second) of peopled turned off by the start of the first episode... however, after a while I found myself chanting "Mi-Mi-Miracle Mikuru-run"

Every episode just seems to keep up the intrigue... it's entertaining in many levels.

Though I wonder.
How do we know that those three aren't just entities (or a variation of these entities) Haruhi created? She did wanted to see espers, time-travellers, and aliens after all, right?

On another note, I would like to whore this:

Bwahaha! Now all we need is to get this series licensed, and it'll might become the next "iconic" anime series of our fandom! 8-)

I had to stop re-watching that episode since the opening theme got stuck in my head. And I ALWAYS get a kick out of watching the ending.

Way ahead of you on the avatar, thinking of a way of adding something in my signature. BTW, I love what you did to your signature.

There's a reason why, not only am I watching the fansubs, but I am also collecting the HD raws (I'm so drooling at the prospect of an AMV for this, pity I've been enjoying it too much to not come up with a concept yet)... Opening and endings to this show have been the best I've seen in recent times and always makes me bounce around a bit whenever the final song starts playing... I should get those dance steps for that and make a fool of myself somehow :P

One of the weirdest captures I've ever done... I set to capture 150 frames of this but I ended up with only 11... still, I'm loving it :D

If you can convince 8 people (4 female, 4 male), 1 girl and 1 cat to recreate this in live-action, I say go for it.
