Episode 9 starts the Tatarigoroshi-hen chapter. Interesting points that's been discovered.
Satoko's brother is actually Satoshi who mysteriously dissappeared.

Irie gets introduced, and he's sometimes nicknamed "the Maneger". Anybody remember episode 4 when Mion mentioned him?

Rena is getting freaky again.

Though Mion is one being calm and understanding.

The art quality in this episode unfortunetely decreased. :?

All I'm going to say is that don't use the past 2 chapters as a "template" for the mystery. If there's one thing this series is going for, it's horrifically twisting your mind in incomprehensible positions.

Episode 10 proves my point.
Satoko isn't the culprit; she's going to be a victim. And talk about one abusive past she had!

Poor Satoko!

The detective Oishi looks really intimidating than the last chapters; very unfriendly vibes there.

Interestingly enough, Keiichi already knew about Mion's yakuza lineage. He also thought that her family is involved with the curse so he told her to "transfer" the curse to Satoko's uncle. Mion obviously refused.

This show is creepy.

The strange thing about it is how well it's sugarcoated. It totally hits all the right cues on the little things, like when he opens the door and it SLAMS out to the chain showing her eye, only to be followed up by that cute voice.

It's like looking at a bunch of manniquins in victorias secret lingerie and thinking lavicious thoughts only to see them turn into flesh eating zombies and come shambling after you

Takano's probably the one who explained that to him.

Also, did anyone else find it strange that Keiichi flew a little far for being shoved by a child. A demon child, however...

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is my favorite horror anime. Mion is my favorite character because of the way she ended up in the Watanagashi chapter.

Episode 11....oh shit!!! You don't want to mess with Keiichi now!!!

The whole episode was a ploy for him to kill off Satoko's uncle. And guess what his choice of weapon was? You guessed it......it's Satoshi's aluminum bat! :D

Though the creepy thing was....
...Takano KNEW that Keiichi was beating him to a bloody pulp.

Just to note, the Tatarigoroshi-hen chapter will last 5 episodes so hopefully they won't rush the conclusion.

Episode 12.....wtf?!!

Even though Keiichi killed the uncle, Satoko is still getting abused.

Plus, it seems that the place where he dug his corpse is gone. I'm getting a feeling Takano is involved somehow.

Though the interesting thing was later, Takano was found to be burned alive.

Oishii and his police pals were really cruel to Keiichi. They're were just standing there in the rain forcing him to dig the hole of were the corpse is supposed to be.

All I'm going to say is that Keiichi, you made a REALLY faulty crime! :?
