Hopefully the PS2 game will be just as good as the show. But...I have been fooled by Bandai before.

It ended, but it was open ended so it kinda didnt feel like an ending, but to me it fit it sence they had the Hip-Hop backbone because in Hip-Hop there are no real endings...more like hard pauses.

It fit the show though.

.............The ending was them walking off. The plot of the show was to find the samurai who smelled of sun flowers.

Thankfully there's a manga. Maybe the Anime just caught up to the manga and stopped. -_-* As most Anime so irritatingly do.

The preview that I saw on the last volume of the series was all too brief for me to really state an opinion on it...but it looked like just a straight playthrough of the series. I'll still be checking it out, though.

The manga came after the anime. Much like the Bebop manga. Keep in mind Bebop and Champloo are siblings.

Though some Champloo haters dont want to acknowledge that...

Its all good thpugh...

Does anybody hate the english as much as I do? Some shows just aggrivate me with english but thats natural with anime. Champloo, however pissed me off with a passion. Jyn was the only character they got right.

You know, I've seen both versions...though I started watching the english on Cartoon Network before I got a hold of a fansub from a friend. I really didn't notice it too badly (the difference) until the last 3 episodes. In this regard, I totally agree with you. Jin was pretty much on target, but the others...ehhh...

It was rather funny...when we were all watching the last few eps of the english version, I had to pause the DVD at one point and explain a scene, because the english translation had everyone going "huh?? what's *that* supposed to mean?"

So, while it didn't really piss me off, it did make me laugh. ;)

Samurai Champloo is good, but i haven't seen the last four eps. I haven't thought of the subs yet, only watched it in Japanese with subtitles, I gotta check that... The best fitting subs I've ever heard were in Catalan  (Meaning Catalan made by one group that shows most of the anime there...)

I've never seen the Japanese, but I thought Mugen's dub voice was good. *pout* He really got the renegade bad ass voice down....
