It's one of the later episodes called "The Violent, Two-Timing Boy Who Brings Happiness".

Kagome goes back to her time without telling Inuyasha. Inuyasha finds out and heads to her time. Kagome's mom gives her a new bike because she lost her other one, and Inuyasha comes crashing on the scene, but lands on the bike. They argue with the eventual "Sit!" at the end of it. At school, Kagome's friends ask her if Inuyasha is two-timing her again, and Kagome just says that he is kind of, but she doesn't really blame him. Inuyasha is tryin to fix the bike, but ends up using "Iron Reaver Soul Stealer" and destroys it. Sota shows him some a diamond and says Inuyasha can make lots of money to buy a new bike with them. Inuyasha uses his Tetsusaiga to try and make some, but causes even more damage. So, Sota suggest he works for his grandpa. While he is working in a shed, Kagome comes back looking for him. She says "Sit!" and hears the commotion in the shed. Inuyasha leaves before she shows up though. Kagome talks with her friends in her room and leaves to get some tea. While she's away, Inuyasha comes through the window and all of her fiends see him (he is wearing a bandana). While they talk about his white hair, Kagome comes in and becomes shocked at the sight of him. They leave later and Inuyasha apologizes for the bike. Kagome then tells him that she is no longer mad about the bike.
