And have you noticed after every gushy InuYasha and Kagome episode they start the next one with someting completely different like it never happend!!Example:
23-Kagome's voice and Kikyo's kiss:the next episode they introduce Sango
38:the next one they go back to Koga and his tribe
48:they go to Sango and Kohaku, and forget they even declared being together forever.
And don't even get me started about him crying in 107

Good point.

Now sometimes it's because the gushy episode was a filler that never occured in the original manga, but others...

Now I gotta get a hold of the manga in sequence to find out how these were originally handled.

I picked up the first volume of the manga series the other day in the library because I wanted to see what it was like. I looked at the graphics on it and I've got to say, I like the graphics on anime much better than manga. Don't know...it just seems to be more appealing for me than manga version ones.

Yeah, they never stay sentimental for very long. It's a shame, in my opinion. :P

And back to the Sess/Older Rin conversation.... at first the idea of those two being together freaked me out, but I grow more and more fond of them the more I think about their prospective relationship. I don't know if it would ever really happen, but I think it's a cute idea. Rin was, in a way, the first person who taught Sesshoumaru how to love. (And I don't use that term lightly with him - but I really do think he loves her, judging from the recent manga chapters)

And there was something else I was going to say... hmm...... oh, yeah.. in episode 162, when it aired on Adult Swim... did anyone else think Rin's voice sounded weird? Or has it always sounded like that? She sounded really, really strange to me....
I'm not sure if it's that I'm used to the original seiyuu or what, but she sounded really odd!

I'm patchy with the Inuyasha episodes I've seen, so maybe the girl grew up and I never noticed it or something. :shrugs:

P.S. - Sesshoumaru's the best! 8-)

Ya. Definiently.

My gf has a few books along wit some ranma1/2 and he told me that they actually have naked bodies!(I just told him that I was thinking about buying some volumes.)Afterwards, I ended up in not buying them but when I went back to the bookstore, I looked through a ranma volume to see if she was just messing wit me and she wasn't! I saw Shampoo! No! The REAL Shampoo!

.....and no, that is not funny...

I watched the 4th movie and I can't help but notice that every Inuyasha movie has a firery beginning/introduction. It's cool for awhile but then it looses its luster.

That's true, isn't it. :? I wonder why they do that? I'd think it'd make more sense to have the intro fit the theme of the movie.

The second movie did have that mirror thing though but it still had fire.

Some things I've had on my mind:

Speaking of the second movie, What do you think happened after the end cuz they were talking about Inu & Kag kissing and I really wanna know how they could have handled that.

I think Kagome should keep men's clothes in her room so that when he comes to her era, she won't have to worry about him looking weird. And since they actually change clothes by day in that era, ppl would start to wonder if he even bathed.

There are some anime where ppl change clothes by the days but I can't tell if this is one or not cuz even though they wear uniforms the most they still wear different clothes. But in the feudal era, they wear the same thing everyday. :? :x It's so very confusing.

I wonder if InuYasha's fire rat coat is self-amendable and self-washable cuz often when they are in a fight or after one, it becomes brand new again. In the same episode! I keep having to rewind and think 'Did miss something or what?. It was just a shredded up blind piece of a bloody mess a sec ago!?'

We still haven't finished that talk about Sesshomaru's....shoulder thingy. Is it his tail? Is it his latest fashion sense? Is it arm pit hair? Who knows!!!! Don't ask me. Like heck if I know.

I don't know what's with Inuyasha's coat, but since it is made from fire rat hair and a fire rat is probably some sort of demon then I guess it'd be safe to assume it's selfrepairing.

I think Kagome doesn't keep guy's clothes in her room because she's worried her friends would see them and get the wrong idea.

But having something other than that ball cap would be a good idea. The problem might be getting Inuyasha to wear it.

As for Sesshomaru's furry thing, I'm pretty sure it's not his tail. (Doesn't seem to come out in the right place. I rather doubt it's armpit hair, too. Though it could be for all we know. I don't even know if Takahashi-sensei knows what it is.

Ppl at my school say that he's a transvestite for that same reason. I will say what I say to them:

His moon, cheek marks, eye marks, and wrist scars are birthmarks!!!!
The moon and eye marks come from his mother.
The cheek marks are natural dog demon marks.
Wrist scars come form his da da.

Even after I say that the ppl still say he is a transvestite! So aggravating!

Good grief.

That and body and face markings aren't a strictly female thing. (Quite the contrary.)

I think my celtic ancestors would messily kill anyone who called them a transvestite.
