Okay, so in the 17th episode, they are burning books in the streets of Japan.
Now, only a mere three episodes later, the world is taken over, Jinbocho is turned into dust, and no one at the junior high school remembers who Anita is.
Is it just me, or was this episode a little... too "convenient"?
I mean, would you willingly, or unwillingly, have your memories erased and watch everything you worked for and everything you built up destroyed? Do you think that Joker's and the British Library's plans are completely way out there, or do you think that they actually could have pulled off such a worldwide coup of this grand scale?
This section is for the rational discussion of anime on a series basis. Spoilers should be expected, but please be courteous to your fellow users.
