whats the naruto jump festa about?

Its just like side OVAs pretty much. If I remember they are just a little longer then a normal episode. They show some of the missions that the group do taht they never show u, or may have never happened in the actual show (Not really sure). The first one was kinda stupid in my opinon but the second one was kinda cool.
